This organization has two functions, funding for nearly every asset possible, and funding for business ideas. Through our extensive network of lenders, if it has value, we can lend on it, often with credit not a major factor. We accomodate low credit scores and creative financing.
We also compile a short list of business opportunities available. Through building relationships with key businesses across various industries, impressive and exclusive ventures come across our desk. We meet with the leaders of these ventures, evaluate their business model, check references, assess their competitive edge, perform some due diligence, and, while this process is not exhaustive, we consider bringing the opportunity to the network if we feel it might be a fit for Accredited Investors.
